The Faculty of Engineering 2025 Academic Council and Service Awards Ceremony Was Held
The Faculty of Engineering 2025 Academic Council was held on February 12, 2026, at the Prof. Dr. Atila Barkana Conference Hall. Dean Prof. Dr. Hanife Apaydın Özkan gave an informative presentation to the faculty's academic staff about the activities carried out throughout 2025.
Following the presentation, the 14th Faculty of Engineering Service Awards Ceremony was held with the participation of Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Onur Kaya, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Yunus Özdemir, faculty members, and administrative staff. The event began with an opening speech by Faculty of Engineering Dean Prof. Dr. Hanife Apaydın Özkan.
At the ceremony, plaques were presented to staff who had completed 40, 30, 20, and 10 years of service at the Faculty of Engineering, while pins were presented to staff who had started their duties in 2025. In addition, commemorative gifts were presented by Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Onur Kaya to academic and administrative staff who retired in 2025.
